Chad was the DJ for my partner's reception last year. He did a great job of working the crowd and keeping them on the dance floor all night. He is personable, fun and professional.
We recently had the pleasure of working with All-American DJ Company and have nothing but AWESOME things to say. The DJ was lively, fun, energetic, and played a variety of great music. He was very fun to work with and we look forward to working with him again very soon.
Chad was great to work with. He kept the wedding party dancing and was extremely professional.

Describe your DJ style:
Why not make your Special Day more memorable than you dreamed it could be? We will assist you with fresh ideas and custom tailored music to help you design a one-of-a-kind Celebration unlike any other you or your guests have been to. Allow All-American DJ to be your Director of Fun!

What is your usual attire?
I wear a black Tuxedo with white collared shirt and black vest with red tie. (We do not wear a bow tie unless requested.) Also, if you having a more casual event, I will find out ahead of time exactly the attire you would like me to wear (i.e. suit, business casual, etc).

If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
No. All of the music requests are gone through and received from you at the final consultation a few weeks before to ensure we have all of the music you want on the day/night of your Celebration.

How many other DJs do you work with?
None. I am a single-operator only, which means you know exactly who will be performing on your Special Day! Thus avoiding any 'surprises' the week before your Wedding with someone else 'all-of-a-sudden' being your DJ instead.

What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
Our minimum Wedding Package is for 4 hours of music played. Setup and Teardown is complimentary.

Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
Yes. Unlike many other companies in the Phoenix valley area, I prefer to have a couple of in-person meetings with both the Bride and Groom before your Special Day to find out exactly what you are looking for, timeline, music likes (and dislikes), etc...all to make sure I do an outstanding job for you!

Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?
At this time my company specializes in Weddings in the Phoenix metro area and surrounding Arizona communities.

Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes.

What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
Yes. We would discuss this information more in detail at the initial consultation/interview.

How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
I normally take about 1 hour to setup my equipment. I can provide a table, but most locations already have one setup ahead of time for the DJ.

Do you have any extra space requirements?
Other than space for my speaker and lighting stands, no.

Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
We not only serve as your DJ, but as your Master of Ceremonies, day-of Coordinator, Music Specialist and most importantly, your Director of Fun throughout the evening! I will make sure the focus remains on your during the night though, customize every announcement with you in mind at all time.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
No meal is required. If you feel so inclined to allow me to eat that night, I make sure the Banquet Captain gathers my meal for me so none of your guests see your DJ 'going through the buffet line' and I will not eat in the same room as your guests. This ensures our professionalism is maintained.

Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
Not Applicable (see above).

What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Member benefits of local DJ Associations which have emergency DJ types of programs which means having about 25 to 50-plus DJ companies in the valley helping each other out in the rare case of an last-minute emergency. But in almost 10 years of doing business, personally I (the owner) have never missed an Event!

What is your overtime rate?
Our overtime rates are discussed at our initial consultation/interview.

Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
We do not charge for travel in the Phoenix metro area. A travel fee will be discussed and agreed upon between myself and each Bride/Groom for any Weddings done outside the Phoenix metro area (i.e. Sedona, Flagstaff, Tucson, etc).
