Q: How does this work?

A: First, choose a specific print from the Collection section.  Next, choose the type of product from the Products section.  Finally, supply your names, wedding date, and event venue.  Order forms can be found on each print’s webpage and are specific to that particular print.  There are three easy ways to place your order: fax an order form to 816-333-5813, email an order form to sales@customalexander.com, or call 816-333-3101 to place your order over the telephone.  You will receive an email confirmation of your order upon receipt and a proof to approve within 24-48 hours.

 

Q: Can I change the colors of my Custom Alexander?

A: Alexander & Co. has created several versions of each print to capture a broad range of color schemes.  Unfortunately, not every color will be available for every print.  Completely custom artwork is available for $750 + the price of the products.  Call 816-333-3101 to set up a consultation with Alexander.

 

Q: Can you create a specific piece that I don’t see in the Collection?

A: Alexander & Co. has created artwork to work at any venue and is customized through your personal information.  Alexander & Co. is always working on new pieces so check the website often to see if another piece speaks to you more.  Completely custom artwork is available for $750 + the price of the products.  Call 816-333-3101 to set up a consultation with Alexander.

 

Q: How long will it take to get my Custom Alexander?

A: You will receive an emailed proof to approve within 24-48 hours of your order’s receipt.  Once approved, you will receive your Custom Alexander within 2 weeks.  Please allow additional time when paying by check to allow the funds to clear.

 

Q: Can I pick up my Custom Alexander to avoid shipping charges?

A: Alexander & Co. is an internet based business and does not have a brick and mortar storefront.  The products are printed and/or assembled in various locations around the country and ship directly from there to you.

 

Q: What if I receive my Custom Alexander with a mistake on it?

A: If your order has a spelling error caused by Alexander & Co., return the order for a FREE replacement.  We will reimburse your shipping costs, reprint the order, and return ship to you FREE of charge.  If a change is required because of on an error on your part, you may still return the order and request a new one.  However, we will not reimburse the cost of your shipping it back to us.  We will create a new order for $50 plus the shipping costs of returning it to you.  Just utilize the original shipment packaging and repackage securely.

 

Q: Can I return my Custom Alexander or make changes after it has been received?

A: Due to the custom nature of the product, Alexander & Co. does not accept returns for any reason other than spelling errors as described above.  Once the order is placed we cannot change or cancel your order outside of the e-mail notification system.  Note: The image’s color(s) represented on you computer screen or in our brochure may vary in hue from the actual color(s) of your print.

 

Q: Can I register for a Custom Alexander?

A: Alexander & Co. can create a Custom Alexander for you and post it on your own personal wedding registry web page.  We will provide you with a link to send friends and family for ordering purposes.  Simply follow the instructions on the Wedding Registry form.
