She guided me through the process and ensured we had thought of all our potential needs, including contingency plans for potentially inclement weather. She was highly responsive and flexible as we made several adjustments to quantities as the date approached. Always friendly and professional, she was an absolute pleasure to work with! We postponed our wedding for a year due to COVID and Abbott's was super flexible in accommodating our new date. They had everything we needed for the wedding and Judy was very helpful in making adjustments as we finalized our rentals. We picked up and dropped off our rentals ourself. They were packaged perfectly to ensure they would not break. Linens were perfectly white. Our tables looked wonderful !
