1903 Hontoon Road was originally the location of a boat works on Lake Beresford, a finger lake of the St. John's River near DeLand, FL. We are located on 11 acres over looking Lake Beresford with water access, indoor event space of over 1600 sq. ft. and an on-site facility containing a total of five bedrooms and four baths, which is available for housing the wedding party, family or guests. Our interior event space comfortably seats 100 guests and opens onto a covered lanai overlooking the lake. With the use of tents parties of nearly any size can be accomodated. A gazebo is available for your use. Car parking is abundant. Prices for the facility are based on your special needs and the number of days you want to utilize the property.
