We are both outdoor and indoor with A/C . Our property offers over an acre of property that has the beauty of old oak trees, market lighting, lush gardens and gorgeous sunsets. The property's location on Lake Fairview provides the opportunity to the couples to exchange nuptials with the tranquil lake in the background under a pergola that is dressed up with outdoor draperies and lends itself to any decor of the brides choosing.
The Cottage was originally built in 1928 and has been restored to create a warm and inviting feeling for the Bride and her bridal party. Our brides have enjoyed The Cottage in the morning to prepare for their Wedding with their friends and family.
