Invitations and Favors Details

What is your average turnaround time, from initial contact to shipment? 2 Weeks after order is placed on DVD Keepsake Videos and Digital Invitations. Digital Photography is 2 to 3 weeks after photos are taken.

Are you able to meet clients in person to showcase your product? Yes!

How do you identify your primary photographic style? Traditional

Please describe any special techniques you offer: We provide traditional, black and white and sepia. We also have the ability to add a splash color into black and white shots.

Which lighting situations do you have experience with? Softlight, sunlight, indoor, outdoor.

Do you have a media preference? Digital

How many photographers do you work with? 2

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? YES! We have never missed an event!

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one wedding in a day? No. Each wedding deserves our full attention.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the wedding day? Yes.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? 2 Digital Cameras, 4 lenses, 4 flashes and memory to hold unlimited shots.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? Yes, we have a backup camera,lens and flash.

Do you charge hourly or full day? We offer both options,depending on the event and the specific requirement of our services.

If hourly, are you available for shooting overtime? If so, how much do you charge for overtime? $100 per additional hour

Do you require a meal break? If yes, do you require that the wedding party provide your meal? No

How many breaks do you usually take throughout the day? None

Do you charge for travel? Only if the event is greater than a 100 mile radius.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? 2 to 3 weeks. Turnaround time depends on the length of the event and number of captured images.

In what format are the initial proofs offered? Website. We provide the customer with ALL photos taken on cd's as well.

How long can the couple keep the proofs? We release the rights to all photos taken for sharing with friends and family.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos? We release rights of all photos, however we reserve the right to use the photos for our own advertising.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? Yes

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the couple? Yes

Will images be available for viewing on an online gallery? Yes

What kind of albums do you offer? We offer specialized albums that vary in price.

When will I get the final book? 2-4 weeks after the wedding.

How long does it take to deliver a book? 2-4 weeks.
