My husband and I had Katie & Ryan at Compass Studios as our wedding photographer and videographer and are so happy we did! We absolutely love our photos and video! They were so communicative and easy to work with before, during, and after the wedding. It was great having the photo/video team because they worked so well together. We are so happy that Compass Studios was on our preferred vendor list! When we learned that Katie and Ryan were also married at our venue, we were so excited to find a photography team who were familiar with the space as professionals and also loved it as people.

Even better, as we worked with them, we learned that they're a team that listens and goes above and beyond to make your vision happen! Days before our wedding, the forecast predicted a heatwave on the big day. Since our celebration was outdoors, we were concerned for our guests and had to shift around our plans. Katie and Ryan were flexible, calm, and so kind as we navigated the weather and the changes.

On the day, despite it being around 100°, they were awesome and helped adapt the shots, making suggestions for the locations and timing, to keep the wedding party from melting while still being able to capture all of the special moments. My husband and I are not naturals on camera, but they helped guide us and kept the mood light so we wouldn't get too in our heads.

Throughout the evening, they were such professionals (and troopers!) for powering through the heat while taking photos of the reception. They did such a good job of getting great shots without being conspicuous with the camera, so everyone felt comfortable being themselves and having fun at the reception.

Then, the very next day, they sent us a link with 60+ sneak-peek shots. We were amazed. A few weeks later, we received the rest of the photos--they were also great and it was so easy to use the gallery. Thank you, Compass!

We loved working with Compass as the videographer for our wedding! Katie was super responsive, answering all of our questions quickly and completely. We chose Compass because they had a great package that included a cut of our ceremony and speeches, which we found surprisingly hard to find with other companies. When the original videographer we were assigned left the company for personal reasons, Katie found a backup who was fantastic. We love our highlights video, and we're so excited to show our grandparents (who could not attend) the ceremony and speeches!
