Platinum was the first and easiest vendor we booked in our wedding process. First, the booking process was incredibly easy and straightforward and their quote was the lowest we received. Two weeks before, the Platinum team called us to explain the entire process and confirm our pickup and arrival time, and process our payment. Rob, the driver, then called us and introduced himself and the vehicle. Speaking of the vehicle - just incredible. It was a 2023 purchase (we felt the first ones in it), and it had built-in speakers, coolers, and phone charger ports. Rob was incredibly kind and professional, and navigated our small residential streets with ease. I couldn't recommended Platinum enough. Just a great, respectful small business. It was our honor to use them for our big day.

We had two party buses take our wedding guests from Westlake to downtown on a shuttle back and forth all night and the two drivers were so awesome. They were perfectly on time and an absolute enhancement to our evening! The guests are still raving about it!

We hired platinum party bus for our wedding and had the shuttle from 3pm to get the bridal party to the venue until after midnight. Our driver, Allen, was flexible, timely, fun, and worked with our wedding planner seamlessly to make sure everyone got to and from the venue in the rain. He even went above and beyond to check the weather radar for us and fill us with hope. At the end of the night he checked in with us to make sure we weren't left at the venue. Leading up to the event, platinum party bus was super easy to book, communicate with, and answered any questions we had super quickly. Would use them over and over again for any event.
