Excellent company to work with. I have used them twice for both my daughter's weddings, in both instances we needed two 56 passenger buses for our out of town guests.
The buses are new and very clean, the drivers are very professional and pleasant. The communication from initial contact to day of was excellent.
If you are looking for large passenger buses, this is the company to work with!
Prices are reasonable and vary based on season. Highly recommend. -

Our driver Jerry was fantastic. He communicated well in advance and day-of for our wedding, and didn't have to ask any questions for where we were going or when since we'd already discussed it with him in advance. The bus was extremely clean and comfortable, and he got us right where we needed to be safely and on time. I would definitely recommend this company and Jerry again! -

PPB was the one of the few things you don't need to stress about during your event. Clean Bus, on time, and you get more than you paid for. Our driver Steve killed it. Helped anyway he could and even helped with additional wedding tasks that were not his responsibility. Can't thank him and PPB enough.Platinum Party Bus's reply:

We hired platinum party bus for our wedding and had the shuttle from 3pm to get the bridal party to the venue until after midnight. Our driver, Allen, was flexible, timely, fun, and worked with our wedding planner seamlessly to make sure everyone got to and from the venue in the rain. He even went above and beyond to check the weather radar for us and fill us with hope. At the end of the night he checked in with us to make sure we weren't left at the venue. Leading up to the event, platinum party bus was super easy to book, communicate with, and answered any questions we had super quickly. I used platinum party bus for my bachelorette party in November 2023 and had such a great time. Allen was very professional, timely, and kind. We had him again for our wedding day for the bridal party and for transporting our guests to and from the reception. Highly recommend this company. Platinum party bus was top notch and exceeded all of our expectations! Our driver Paul was the absolute best and so accommodating to us all! He knew the locations and our itinerary very well and we didn’t have to tell him once where we were going. Platinum party bus was incredibly quick on response time, direct and fair with their pricing, and phenomenal with communication leading up to the wedding day. We got clear communication of who our driver would be and Allen reached out before the event, letting us know if we needed anything. Allen was accommodating and made sure everything on the bus was taken care of and explained. The bus was beautiful, well maintained, music and USB were easy to use and everyone had a great time. We used Platinum Party Bus to shuffle around my bridal party on our wedding day. Communication was great. We received information leading up to our event in a timely manner. Our driver reached out to introduce himself and provide his contact information. He then texted us while he was in route to pick us up and once he arrived. Our driver was Jim. He was very patient with us. Jim was wonderful- he was very kind and professional! Jim was also very flexible. We had some outdoor photo locations on the schedule but it started to rain so we changed course on him and went to a different location nearby until the rain stopped. He was so nice about us changing the route/schedule for the day due to rain. He helped all the ladies on/off the bus and gave us (Bride & Groom) many congratulations on our marriage. I definitely would recommend Platinum and Jim! I'm sure we will use this company again in the future.Platinum Party Bus's reply:

We are so happy we chose Platinum Party Bus as our shuttle for guest transportation between the hotel and the zoo for our wedding. Our guests said Raymond was absolutely amazing! The zoo had some late/confusing tram issues and Raymond even waited a little later for our wedding guests to make sure everyone got home safely without worry. We appreciate you so much Raymond! Gary was so sweet and a wonderful party bus driver for our wedding! He was so helpful keeping track of our stuff, getting to our destinations on time, even adding stops to our day as needed (coffee run and picking up mom/sister/niece from the hotel). I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a party bus for an event or wedding! -

Allen P. was the best driver and Platinum Party Bus never disappoints! The bus was on time, the driver was professional, and everyone had a safe ride while celebrating the wedding. Their buses are clean, comfortable and not outdated. We got an email from our driver which included a picture and his cell number to contact him with any changes or questions. We knew we did not have to worry about our wedding day transportation when we hired Platinum Party Bus.

My experience with Platinum Party Bus and having Steve as our chauffeur was amazing!!! Steve called me prior to our event to go over all the details. The day of he was early to our event and made sure everything ran smoothly and on time!! I would recommend Platinum Party Bus and Steve to everyone!!!
