I ordered a sample of the save the date I was hoping to use,I got it today and the picture seems off it's their smooth paper. I thought it would be more shiny it's very flat and causes the picture to look almost foggy, I can't tell if it's the picture I chose? I haven't printed any of my photos yet but online the photo is clear. Wondering if any one else has experienced this? I've included the save the date and original image.

Maybe it’s the quality if the picture. I used them for mine this week and it came out looking great.

Did you find the picture is alot lighter than the original my photographer set a certain tone to my photos in editing I'm wondering if it's just not very compatible with zolas paper?

No it wasn’t lighter than the original. I’m sorry..maybe its the paper. I didn’t do anything different? i just uploaded the original.

I believe its the paper, I had a similar issue with a different company. I chose a different paper, and issue resolved.
