Zazzle or Vista Print?

PBiazinha, on December 3, 2017 at 5:42 PM Posted in Planning 0 38

Hey everyone! Happy Sunday!

Thanks to an earlier poster I am now contemplating using the 70%off at Zazzle for my invitations, however, vista print when offering 50%off will still cheaper (no shipping costs). Has anyone here tried both places? What are your opinions on their quality? Thanks!

Both of them get pretty poor reviews here regularly. I would look at Shutterfly or related sites.

I use zazzle regularly and love them. I just got our save the dates from them during their 70% off sale and they're exactly what I wanted. Also I got them a week earlier than the estimated ship date.

@MrsMPhil yes, there's an l earlier post with the discount code.

@A.L.C. I cannot upload my designs to shutterfly for some reason. I tried for several hours and had to stop otherwise I'd murder the first person who came into the room! I used wedding paper divas for my STD and I loved them but the Shutterfly webpage makes me want to cry.

@furureMrs.V - same boat as you. 70%off Zazzle is offering is just as expensive as 20%off vista print. I guess I should wait to see if they offer better discount soon. I have a few weeks to spare.

Idk who has given Vistaprint that many bad reviews @A.L.C but I've only seen good reviews for them. I ordered my STDs from Vistaprint and they're amazing. Their customer service is also top notch which is really important to me.

I ordered my invitations from Vistaprint and they were just what I wanted. I even contacted them about making changes and they were very helpful! I also didn't spend an arm and a leg on invitations, which is awesome.

I've always been impressed with Vistaprint. If you splurge for the higher quality finish. If you pick a cheap cardstock you'll get a cheap product. It doesn't mean Vistaprint as a company is bad. I've always been very impressed with their customer service.

Got my STDS, Invites, and Christmas cards through them.

I have used zazzle in the past. If it is your first time ordering you can do a free trial to get the shipping costs for free. I didn't that a few years back and then cancelled the zazzle black after I received them.

@FutureMRs.V they had a 50%off before Black Friday. I decided to take a chance and see what Black Friday/cyber Monday would be. That was a huge mistake.

@Zuleima - yes, I want nice invites (which is why I purchased a custom design to be just what we wanted and to match our theme) but I don’t want to spend a fortune to print them out. We end up going over budget because we had to add people to guest list, so I am now trying to keep the not so important things at a lower end of my spending, and save up for food/dj/bar.

I used vistaprint for save the date magnets and was happy with them. Now I'm wondering which paper everyone is getting for the upgraded type? I'm debating vistaprint vs. zazzle too but both have different paper options.

I am using cards and pockets to print out my invitations. You should check them out, to compare prices!

@FutureMrsHill I’ll try that, never heard of it before. My FH uses vistaprint for some office prints and it’s good. Also I know the customer service is good because I’ve dealt with them before. @Charli which papers did you use?

I was looking into Linen at Zazzle. We’re having a beach wedding and the theme is tropical, so I don’t want shimmer or anything like that.

I used Zazzle for both my invites and save the dates. I love them. I will be using them again for my thank you cards.

I just got my save the dates from Vistaprint with their 50% off deal from a couple weeks ago. The price was awesome so I can't complain too much... but the quality definitely wasn't top notch even with upgrading to their "premium" paper. If you want fast, cheap, and easy Vistaprint is definitely a winner! If you're picky about print quality, you might want to keep shopping.

I have tried both. Actually would say Vistaprint over Zazzle. Zazzle does not stick the 100% satisfaction.
