Zazzle invites!?

Jr, on April 23, 2020 at 6:46 PM Posted in Planning 0 3
I never understood what save the dates were for... We waited to confirm our date when we made sure our venue was available. So we dont have save the dates.
I ordered invites online, on my phone and then I saw that the date was wrong.. the format kept erasing what I wrote..
I had to cancel the order and re-order.. now the invites dont have the year on the date. Im really pissed because I triple checked and I dont even want to deal with them anymore. What should I do? Send them back for a refund? Send them out with no year? Write the year?Ughh

I used zazzle for my invites. They have a great refund policy if you messed something up. You should be able to minimally get a credit back to fix them and reorder them. Look into it!

We used zazzle fo our I Do BBQ Engagement Party invites... twice, because of COVID. But they were amazing to work with when I needed to change some wording on the cards. Just contact them and see what you can work out-- sometimes if they haven't started printing yet, they can still just edit the text/format. Best of luck to you!

😱😱😱 that's terrible! I used zazzle and didn't have any issues. I would absolutely return them. The way I understand it, zazzle is a lot like etsy, so each product is made by an individual and sold through their site. If they aren't meeting the expectation, they need to be held accountable! 💜 good luck, hun!
