We can't forget one of the most important numbers when planning a wedding...
We invited 154, including us. But then 5 family members my fiancé didn't invite announced that they were coming. So I guess our total is 159. Our wedding is 05/27/18 and the "deadline" for RSVP is May 1st, as in 3 days from now. Only 69 have replied counting us, with 90 unaccounted for at present. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Of the 69, 49 are yes and 20 are now, for a 71% yes rate so far.
The worst part is, I thought there would be a flood this week, but I've had an RSVP drought for 4 days! The last one that came in the mail was Monday :/ Every day I run to the mailbox excited expecting like 10 envelopes but there were none

Don't stress too much about it! I have been the exact same way since the 20th of this month: running to the mailbox after work to see who responded, the huge disappointment when I see an empty mailbox, wondering what in the world is going on. Myself and my MOH both posted on facebook reminding people that today is the deadline. It's been rough, but over the last few days I've decided it just doesn't matter. People will come and if they don't, ok, and if they don't tell me they are coming and show up anyways, they won't have a chair, a plate, or drink tickets. 🤷🏻♀️ That's their problem, not mine. And it's not yours either. 💖
We invited around 130 ppl thats including us and the wedding party. I told the venue 75 but we went over which I know most likely 100 will show. Ill have my exact head count a month before the wedding just to let venue know exaclty how many ppl we have.
We want a intimate destination wedding with just immediate family and our best friends. It will be less than ten people. We are going to have a reception with about 100 people when we get back to celebrate with everyone. It didn’t feel right to ask all our loved ones to spends hundreds of dollars traveling for our wedding, but we still want to share our happiness with them.
