    10 months. Got engaged July 23, 2017 and getting married May 27, 2018. I'm in medical school and that was going to be the best break unless we waited years longer, which we didn't want to. Thats how we picked the Month/Year and then the date was venue availability/3 day holiday weekend. Turned out fine but if not for being in medical school probably would have waited 3-6 months longer.
