Designer: Martina Liana bodysuit (Blake, customized, white), Morilee skirt (6823 I think, ivory)

Year purchased: 2016

TIP: If buying separates and using a sash, consider sewing into skirt. My ribbon kept sliding up off the skirt, ruining a lot of photos!

This is my winner!! And definitely different from what I said I wanted, my initial vision of a dress was lace sleeves and neckline with a satin ball gown style. I ended up with this gorgeous A line gown which can either be strapless or keep them on and the best part is that the straps are included!

This is when I gasped and had my “omg” moment. It’s Eve of Milady, purchased a few months ago at Kleinfelds in NYC. I can’t wait to see it with all of the alterations.

This is my essence of Australia D2000 with a corset back. I love it and will be wearing it this Saturday!

One thing I will say, I didn’t lose or gain weight and was in between sizes. I went for the smaller size and it literally only has an inch to tighten at the top. One size smaller than I measured would’ve been a safer bet since I couldn’t lose any weight (accidental or otherwise) for 6 months.

Mine is an Allure Bridal, #9619, purchased in 2019. I got the Ivory/Champagne combination.
It was originally an off the shoulder style, but I had my seamstress make them into normal straps.
