Yes to the dress jitters?

I think that dress is beautiful!! Wedding dress jitters and wedding dress regrets are a thing. I absolutely fell in love with one dress, couldn’t afford it, and ended up with one that I love as well. After it was bought (two years ago) I still wonder if I should’ve kept looking. I think once you start to get accessories and shoes you’ll start to get more excited and won’t have those feelings anymore (at least that worked for me) 😉

I think the dress is gorgeous. But I definitely understand dress regret. I had three wedding dresses, but only wore two. The first one I bought after going to about six stores and trying on about 50 dresses if not more. I was so tired of dress shopping that I said yes to the dress. I knew within hours it was a mistake. I called the shop before they placed the order. They refused not to order the dress. I felt terrible because my mom paid for it. We offered to come with my bridesmaids, my mom and my mother-in-law and look for dresses for them to wear that would equal what she paid for the dress so they wouldn't be out any money and we could get dresses we actually wanted. They still ordered it knowing we didn't want it. The second dress I ended up having shortened and wore to my after party. I was looking for an after party dress a month before my wedding and fell in love with the third dress. They said they could shorten that dress, but I knew that's the dress I was meant to wear for my wedding. I was glad I changed dresses because my other dress was ivory and it would've looked yellow next to my flower girls who were going to be in white. I hadn't thought of that until it dawned on me that my dress was ivory not white like I initially wanted.

Very pretty dress! I wasn't nervous or anything in my dress but every time I try it on I fall in love with it all over again

That dress is absolutely gorgeous!! After I bought mine I had so many regretful thoughts. I couldn’t get the thought out of my head that maybe there was a better one out there for me since i only tried on a few before purchasing mine. When I went to pick it up and tried it on I fell completely in love again and all of those thoughts disappeared. I think lots of women have similar thoughts after buying their dress since it’s such a huge decision!

I definitely understand the feelings of doubt and second-guessing, because we don't normally spend this much on a dress and then have to wait months to see it! I just had to keep reminding myself that no matter how pretty anything looked online - the difference between how dresses looked online and how they looked on me in person were totally different!

Just here to tell you this dress is stunning! And I love the ivory over ivory. Still gives the details but you are the star not the appliqués 🥰
