Yellow Cake Bakery

I am looking for a bakery in Dallas, TX that has a yellow cake. Society Bakery used to sell it and that was my all time favorite cake, but they no longer sell it. Yellow cake is not the same as vanilla and I am really wanting a yellow cake for our wedding.

Have you tried the Jenny Layne Bakery? I think they had a yellow cake when we went to our tasting. Also, same girl. I love a nice rich yellow cake with fudge frosting. My absolute favorite.

If they don't have it, she'll probably whip something up for you. We're getting a vanilla cake with oreo filling - definitely going to be good! We found her chocolate to be a little rich, but the vanilla and yellow cake were the bomb.
