I was so worried about that! But it ended up being fine. I was so caught up in the process of the ceremony that I didn't even think about everyone watching us.

Just make sure to breathe, and don't lock your legs. And if you feels yourself starting to get woozy don't be afraid to be like, "hey, I need to sit down."

During our ceremony I was worried about fainting! My husband said I was breathing pretty heavy lol I just tried to focus on him and the priest. It was kind of like an out of body experience in a way. I am glad we had a fairly short ceremony!

Yeah that's what i'm thinking! that's one reason i insisted on having a videographer because I knew I wouldn't remember the ceremony I'd be way too nervous!

Just remember you’re the bride. If you need a minute to sit down and catch your breath, THATS OK people can wait, It’s your day and nothing is more important than your (and your fiancés) comfort and happiness.

Totally agree with Emily too that the ceremony is really like an out of body experience. I kept like almost tuning out and forgetting that this was actually happening... like it almost felt like we were practicing or something. It really didn’t feel real. And it was over so quickly lol. So glad we have video too. My husband said he was in such shock he literally doesn’t remember a word of what was said at the ceremony 😂
I have a ton of anxiety too and honestly I was SHAKING for the majority of the ceremony. As soon as I started making my way downstairs I started, and I was just focusing on taking long deep breaths. My entire walk down the aisle too I was shaking and even in the beginning of our ceremony while I’m holding my bouquet you can literally see the flowers shaking in our video hahaha. But it wasn’t even really “anxiety” as much as it was just pure shock and disbelief...? And literally the moment after our ceremony ended, all that went away, I was so calm and relaxed and happy the rest of the day!
ALSO not sure how far you are into the planning process lol, but if you aren’t far into it I may suggest having your wedding earlier in the day? We had ours at noon and this was a huge part of the reason. I knew if I had all day to mull over how nervous I was, I’d lose my mind lol. It was much easier to just wake up, get ready, and DO IT so I could enjoy the rest of the day.
