Is anybody or has anyone written welcome letters and put them in their gift/welcome/guest bags? If so did you get a template from somewhere or do you have one that your willing to share? TIA

We’re from Pittsburgh, living in Denver, but having the wedding back in Pittsburgh where our families are. We’re hand writing a short welcome note on Pittsburgh post cards (wit views of the city on them) since a lot of guests staying in the hotel are from out of town and it’s a way to show them a little of where we grew up!

I handwrote cards for each of the guests to include in their welcome box but I didn't use a template. Instead, I tailored the note to each guest based on our relationship to make it more personal.

We are doing a pamphlet that folds in half (so four sides total). I just did it on Word splitting the page into two columns.
