I think it sounds fine, but I also don't drink.

Sounds good. Be aware that bottles have less waste than kegs

How many guests will you have? That’s a lot of beer ...

That sounds great! I would add water and maybe iced tea for those who don't like soda as well, in case you didn't have those already included under soda.

That sounds great! I would maybe suggest cutting it down to 2 beer options, and 2 wine options (1 white, 1 red). Three options of each along with the signature drinks might be a bit much for alcohol choices!

Honestly, that’s too much beer & wine for 71 people. I’d narrow it down to 1 type of beer & 2 wines.

These choices look good to me! If beer bottles are in the budget, I'd go with bottles. Cans are even cheaper but not as classy. Also most bar menus I've seen while touring offer 2 white wines and 2 reds just so your guests have a choice, but it's completely up to you

Do you mean to provide a LOT of alcohol since you have alcoholics/heavy drinkers in your family? 3 kegs of beer seems like a ton since you have other wine and liquor too, considering that 1 full size keg has like 160 beers in it. Typically the guideline is 2 drinks per adult for the 1st hr and then 1 drink per hr for the rest of the event. There are websites online that can help you calculate how much alcohol to have depending on how long your event is and how heavy your guests drink.

I would never allow shots as it’s a recipe for disaster in my experience (I’ve been a wedding planner nearly 10 years) - you want them to enjoy themselves but not get a DUI on the way home. However if you’re providing transportation for everyone back to their hotels go for it!!

I’ve seen the same thing (at company events). If you’re worried about alcoholics I’d definitely get rid of the shots. And if not critical for you, eliminate the signature drinks. But that’s totally up to you.

2 types of beer & 2 types of wine would be great options.

What signature drinks did you have planned? ( what liquor and what other ingredients.)

Make sure if you skip the hard liquor that there are plenty of nonalcoholic choices because many people do not like beer or wine at all.

I think this gives your guests great options! Make sure the beer and wine varieties are different to give your guests several options.

I think it's fine since your venue allows shots. I know that for my husband and I (as well as our friends) we prefer shots over mixed drinks. So allowing the shots is a good option since it's only 2 mixed drink options.

I think this is perfect. we are considering the same type of menu. I would do 3 types of wine and two kegs. I feel people are more picky with wines than beer.
