I do not have a hoop skirt. It is poofy (Is that a word?) enough as it is for me. The layers are also very heavy. That would be hard not to see it before! I think you will love it though. I certainly do! 💜

I'm a plus size bride (street 16/18) and I just purchased this dress this weekend! I absolutely love it and find it SO flattering on my body type. I don't have a large bust considering my size, but the dress I tried on did have a bra band in the back to help hold the dress up. It is heavy, but it's definitely not the heaviest dress in the world. I purchased it exactly as is in the photo with the belt in ivory.
