    It looks like a fit-and-flare/mermaid/trumpet style dress so I would get a crinoline to match!

    The 7 trumpet begins to flare on the thigh above the knee , and the fishtail 8 starts to flare more suddenly below the knee. These will each give little flair at the bottom, but one will always give a better line with the hips, coming inward below the widest part of the hip before flaring below. Try them on with your dress. Crinolines made for A line dresses go out much wider.

    I think add a little extra oomph would look nice!!

    I'd search for a crinoline skirt like Judith posted, so you can also easily remove it if it is too much for the reception!
