Hello all! My wedding is coming up in a short couple of weeks (July 27) so I just wanted to create a thread about the worst fears every bride has. It can be anything!
Hoping we can all use this to relate to one another and vent!

So as many of you may or may not know, Indian weddings are a week long event. With that being said, my biggest fear is that one of my vendors doesn’t come through on one or all of my events.
Whether that be decor, make up, photo/video catering anything!
Side note: ALL of my vendors have been nothing short of amazing so far! They have all been so accommodating and the communication has been great! (My fear is an irrational fear, stressing about the worst thing that can happen)

I’m worried that someone could die or get injured at my wedding; also worried that someone could have an allergic reaction to something in the food or decor. I’m worried that people who RSVP no will show up anyway and we won’t have enough room or food for them. I’m worried that I’ll care too much about the little insignificant details or the small problems that arise. But a lot of these are irrational fears, and I’m not constantly worried about them

Aw well I hope you’re day turns out exactly how you envisioned it! I just keep reminding myself that I’m the end I’ll be married to my best friend!

My main worry is that we have too many people show up. We invited 280 but our max allowed is 250. I think we should be fine, but still a little worried.

I have anxiety disorder so there are SO MANY THINGS lol.
I think the three main fears I have are number one, passing out at the alter. Second is just trying to socialize with a large group of people without failing miserably lol. Lastly is that I do this weird thing when I'm in a large group of people and I get nervous. I start hyper ventilating without realizing it, and then my face and hands start to go numb, and my lip does this really weird thing where due to lack of oxygen and it looks like I have no top lip I swear I do not want to capture that in my pictures lol.

The food is gross. A certain child family member interrupts the ceremony or speeches to tell a story.

Now that I’m married here were a few of my fears: 1) it would rain, 2) we’d forget important DIY decor, 3) someone wouldn’t find our DW, 3) we wouldn’t get all our DIY done in time, 4) our photos wouldn’t be good.

All FALSE. Except it did rain, which actually made our wedding & photos even more amazing. ❤️

I think my worst fear is that the mode of transportation carrying my family to the state in which I'm getting married fails or is late. Another random fear is that my family (a lot are drunks) either makes a fool of themselves in front of FH and his family, or they make a speech that is less than stellar. I'm incredibly easily embarrassed and I'm getting anxious just typing this!
