I would have never thought in a millions years I would be thinking about losing weight for my wedding, but here I am hahaha!!
Anyways, I just wanted to see the workout routines you all used for your wedding I'm not trying to lose to much weight just about 10 pounds..
And did the routine actually work and how long did you stick to it? I don't want to do anything to hard because I am a beginner (since I don't work out at all) and I want it to be at home routines; I cant really afford a gym membership.
