Maybe try local facebook shop and swap pages? Might either find people that have them or would be willing to make them

If you go a couple times to Michaels they have a 40% off coupon for one item. I’ve seen this coupon every time I’ve gone. Also if you’re a teacher michaels gives 15% off every time you go (maybe you know a teacher)

Try a lumber yard or hardware store. If you can find a log they can probably do the cuts for much cheaper!

Can your FH diy them for you? My FH went into the woods and cut slabs for me then I just used polyurethane on them.

We didn't want to spend the money on finished slabs so we kept on eye out for free firewood on Facebook and spent money on a chainsaw (needed one anyways) FH sliced up all the rounds for me and they look great Smiley smile

Do a search on www.searchtempest.com You can use your zipcode for the search to find something closer to you to save shipping costs.
    Here's one example

Alternatively contact an arborist where you live. They are always pruning branches and cutting down trees. They are happy to give them away .One of the guys would likely slice them up for you on a break, no problem. A case of beer goes a long way.

Amazon, WW Bride-2-Bride Facebook page, Facebook marketplace, cut your own, Etsy, or wait for some great coupons and sales in the craft stores.

We're just doing them ourselves. We have lots of wood available to us. My grandfather will help us slice and polish them. We're going to burn or laser cut constellations into them once we're done slicing them.

I am also doing this myself! FH's grandpa is good with wood and we have a lot of it readily available to us!

Burlington Coat Factory has them in the home section. If you don’t have one near you, I’d try a TJ Maxx or Marshalls. All of those discount stores that have a home section are likely to have them. At Burlington they have varying sizes ranging from $2.99-4.99 in price.
