Witnesses filled out their part wrong

I would visit the clerk's office in person. There's definitely nothing that you can do to fix it, but you may need to have a duplicate printed and filled out.

I agree with Caytlyn, that you should visit the clerks office in person.
I also think you should mention this to your officiant. It is their responsibility to make sure your license is filled out correctly when they sign off on it. Seems like they didn’t do their job very well.

Agree with Caytlyn and Meghan. Visit and person, but also follow up with your officiant. This is part of their job!

It's good that I did that instead of mailing it in b/c she could not read our officiant's handwriting and I had to call him to verify some of his information. She told me if I would've mailed it in, it would've been rejected.
