You need to talk to your photographer. Make sure you don't miss your reception and being with your guests.

It sounds like you definitely have time for photos but to get all you’d want then maybe not

That sounds like plenty of time for photos! Plus, Sunset just means the sign goes below the land line... it won’t be pitch dark by any means. You could still continue shooting at and after sunset. And sunset photos are absolutely gorgeous!

One hour for cocktail hour photos is very average. That should be plenty of time for a professional photographer.

I would see if you can move up your time maybe 30 minutes so you have wiggle room? If your ceremony is 30 minutes, plus 1 hour for cocktail hour / photos, it’s going to be dark if your ceremony doesn’t start RIGHT on time. 6:30 is going to work better than 7.

Definitely talk to your photographer and think about which photos you want, but I feel like you'll probably need to do a first look. Or at least have any group pictures that you and your groom don't both have to be in taken before the ceremony. Our (miniwedding) ceremony started at 5 and we had more than enough time for pictures before the 7:47 sunset, but that's more time than you'll have, and we barely had any group pictures. I think it would've been a struggle to get them all in if we had to do bridal party and/or extended family photos. Also, sunset photos are beautiful, but they're weather-dependent, so there's no guarantee you'll be able to get them.

I think you will be pushing it. For example, today it says sunset is at 7:49. If your ceremony ended at exactly 7pm you would have 45 minutes which is pushing it in my opinion. My advice would be to talk to your photographer and already have all of your must have photos planned out and speak to the family members ahead of time in regards to must have family photos so you can save as much time as possible. Good luck and congrats on your engagement!!!

I think if you start at 6:30 and skip family photos after the ceremony it will be fine.
