Will my dress clash with my bridesmaids?

I just found *the one* last month. The dress is not at ALL what I expected to pick. I’m shocked how much I love it. Problem solved, right? Wrong. There is beading on the bodice and a full horse hair skirt ball gown and I’m very concerned my dress will clash with the sequins. (Trying to figure out how to post pictures of all dresses)
The good thing is I’m in the beginning stages of planning and the bridesmaids haven’t even been notified let alone gone shopping for their dresses. I *thought* my wedding colors would be gold (sequin), Navy blue and white. I also thought that I would love my ladies to be in gold sequin gowns. You see, my fiancé is in the Army and will wear his dress uniform and so will his groomsmen. Too much navy blue with their uniforms could look like a military ball or too formal of an occasion. What do you ladies think? I really had my heart set on gold dresses....
