Considering it's over a year away and with things starting to open, I'm sure it will be safe.

2022 sounds very safe and at that time things should have settled down. Its def worth the planning for it why not

When we planned our wedding, the idea of not having it never was even considered. So plan and hope for best. Be careful with deposits and ask about what ifs.

Will it be safe from Covid? Pretty sure. Will it be safe from some other virus or disaster? Hard to say, not many of us are fortune tellers. All you can do is plan and hope for the best. Accept that there are things we have ZERO control over and just work through it. Things will happen whether we want them to or not. But it's OK, because we can't control everything.
