Do you still address someone by Mrs. If their husband has passed? (For example, how do you address the invitation or place card?)

I was told yes, absolutely.

Yes especially if they are still using their marriage name and not their maiden name.

The proper way to address a widow is Mrs. John Jones.

Well since I am a widow ( Hubby passed away in 2011). I will say it is a mix bag.. But most widows like to addressed as Mrs. Be careful about adding late hubby name many do not like it, Because it reminds them of a another wedding they have to go to with out their husband.
