Why am i on Google Images? Wedding Website Venting

Hi all brides and brides to be. So me and my fh were sitting on the couch yesterday and he asked what's the knot and I replied its a wedding planning app and then he said why is my picture all over google images. Not sure why he was looking himself up in there but whatever. I said I don't know, I have the wedding website on there but im not sure why our photos went to the images part. He was very upset because he doesn't want people looking him up and seeing his pictures posted in there. He told me to take care of it. Then kept saying it a few more times after that. Which I didnt know it would post to images I thought it would just be in the regular search engine for people who needed help with info in the wedding. Im extremely mad the knot never had anything saying it's going on Google Images. I deleted the pictures in the website and asked google to remove it on there as well. Im so upset I wish I would have known.

Any photo on a public website can come up in a google search. The only difference here is you probably haven’t used his full name so they’re not showing up under that keyword search.

I was confused reading this... any website (facebook.. the knot... wedding wire... even photo editing apps will result in your photos being on the internet.. so of course they will show up on google images..
I don't know why he would be upset about pictures of himself and/or you both together would bother him either. My fiance wants & has pictures of us everywhere lol.

I agree with others here. Unfortunately, if it's posted one place on the internet it will be posted other places, as well.
It's on honest mistake, but it sounds like your FH just doesn't want his picture posted anywhere. My FH is like that, as well. So we put our pets photos up instead ha!

Websites can restrict certain areas from being "viewed" by google and other search engines. But once anyone links to that in an email or other website, then there could be a link with the person's name to their image. Also, any use of gmail or hotmail or yahoo email will be scanned by those providers. But rarely do images in those emails appear to the general public. So, it takes a lot of effort to preserve a high level of privacy.
