I met his family first.

Formally met as a couple his. We were friends for quite a while though so we knew each other

He met my sister first, then I met his sister.

I met my fiance at my sister's wedding, so he met my entire family first - even though we didn't start dating till 3 months later! He came to visit me while I was at school and then we went to my home and he met my parents officially as my boyfriend!

I actually met his family about 4 months before we started dating. We were friends and he invited a bunch of us to his parents house (we were still in college) for Halloween. After meeting me they asked after me and kept pestering him to ask me out 😂

FH actually met my family first as a couple! We've always known each others familes though
