I'm just seeing this. Late here, but got married on 8/31/19! The best day of my life.
What are some of your crazy wedding day stories? I'm interested to see if anyone had any crazy experiences like myself! It was a perfect day but nothing is perfect perfect..
Here are my crazy stories:Maid of honor decided not to come and told me 1 hour before rehearsal dinner. Childhood bestfriend so this broke my heart. (Wedding was planned for 2 years). My nail salon took 4 hours to do a mani-pedi which almost made me late to my own rehearsal! I had an appointment but they were so busy they kept dragging it out. I got to rehearsal exactly on time. Thank goodness but so rushed. Husband and I forgot the paperwork for rehearsal and he ran back to get it. Wedding day: Fell in a ditch and got a huge green stain on my dress (tide pen got it out right before first dance)Our two main centerpieces for the church from florist were not put in the front of the church where we got married bc the organist told them to put them in the back.... we never even saw them. Husbands boutineer fell off during first dance 15 guests were no show. ($1,500 down the drain)Highlights:Horse and carriage were amazing!We had a rescue puppy team come out during cocktail hour and all puppies got adopted! My husband looked amazing!Photographer did an fantastic job!Everyone danced We stayed together all night and didn't lose track of each other. We ate dinner! And enjoyed it. First dance went amazing we hit every move!The lifts in our first dance went well! Matron of honor did a heartwarming speech Best man also did a great speech My Aunt brought my dogs to see my at the church Flower girl and ring bearer did a good job walkingThe limo driver was phenomenal My wedged heels and glitter shoes for under my dress were perfect and my feet didn't hurt at all The day was the most beautiful day ever. We couldn't have scored a better day. The centerpieces and all the decor looked great at the reception (wedding coordinator did a good job decorating). Husband and I got the crowd hysterically laughing after we both gave ALL the same answers to the questions He/She game. Garter toss scene was great The chocolate indulgence room was awesome The photo booth was a hit Everyone enjoyed dancing! Creativity paid off and stood out! And so much more..Honeymoon was amazing. Now 99 days happily married! Would love to hear some of your stories! ❤
