Not artificial flowers but fiftyflowers.com is inexpensive and reputable. You get many more flowers for your money.

There are many places that offer them if you do a Google search but the cheapest I saw is $8 for one stem which is alot for discount prices. You could try local craft stores such as Joann or Michaels but there's no guarantee they would be cheaper. Etsy might be your best bet for artificial flowers.

I think it depends on how authentic you want your flowers to look. There are honestly some wholesales online that you can get real flowers from that are actually cheaper than fake flowers. Fiftyflowers.com is one I have heard good things about. Another one I have heard good things about is Blooms in a Box.

If you can catch Micheals, Hobby Lobby or Joann’s running a sale and combine that with a coupon you can sometimes get a really good deal. I’m weary of ordering fake flowers online because I don’t want them to look ridiculously fake, definitely read reviews. Good luck!

Is there any particular reason why you prefer to do your fake? Is it just the maintenance factor. If you don’t mind the prep I’d second what Jana says and check out fiftyflowers.com.

I’ve been going back and forth on real vs fake flowers. I think real flowers might actually be cheaper if you go through Sams Club... for me it was anyway. The only cheap fake ones I found looked awful.

I am doing mostly foam flowers from lingsmoment.com with some Sola wood flowers. Lings is super reasonable and they look really nice.

I found all my fake flowers at JoAnn's, all with 40% off coupons. A lot of their floral sales were Buy 1, get 3 free! I spent about $500 total to make- my bouquet, 6 bridesmaids bouquets, flower girl crown, boutonieres for the guys, and enough greenery vine type things for table decorations. Worth it!!
