Whole Foods Catering?

I haven't ever ordered from them but I spent nearly two years working for two different WF and the catering varies widely by store. Please try out the in-house prepared food at the store you would order from beforehand.

I go to whole foods a couple times a month for dinner. I've never had them catered but their food they make there is really great and usually always organic!

I'm in love with everything at WF. But as with any other tasting go in and try the stuff first - but from experience their oreo cupcakes are the bomb and so are their cannoli's. Also high on the list are the little fruit tart things.

Who is doing the catering for your actual wedding? Maybe they can give you a good deal if you also get the food from them for the welcoming party?

I used to order Whole Foods catering for when I used to teach wine classes. Their sandwich trays and cheese platters are on point!

Maybe I just have a dud Whole Foods, but I have never been impressed with them. I go because its the only local place I can get stuff like almond milk yogurt. I agree with others, maybe try them out first?

Ours are great but they are not cheap.

What time is your wedding? I'd make sure you serve more than just appetizers and drinks. Maui is not cheap (I know, my DW is there also). I'd be upset if I paid to attend a wedding and didn't even get a full meal. If you get a reservation, you shouldn't have to worry about a "crowded restaurant," I was able to get a private room very easily.

The hot bar at the Whole Foods near me is hit or miss, so I figure their catering would be the same. But I will say that when it's a good day, the food is really good.

I wish I could try them first as that would be my first choice. However, since I live in Washington (I wish we had a whole foods on the east side) and this is a destination wedding I can't always try the food first.

To clarify, this is not the wedding, it is the welcome dinner the day prior. The wedding is catered at a restaurant.

Nice to know about the cheese trays. I am trying to talk my fiancé into the cannoli tray but he is from Brooklyn and picky about cannolis lol.

I've been to multiple events catered by a local Whole Foods and have always been delighted with the food. Maybe check the yelp for that WF?
