Who signed the venue contract?

My mom paid so she signed.

Both FH and I signed.

Both FH and I signed as we're paying for the wedding. The only wedding related contracts FH didn't sign was things like MUA.

My mom signed, she's paying.

I signed. But we have a joint account that the wedding is getting paid from.

We both signed ours.

I've been the one signing the contracts because I'm the one making the payments and everything.

My parents, FH, and I all signed the contract. My parents are paying for the venue so they're financially obligated to be on it, but FH and I had to sign because it's our wedding

They had me sign because I was the one who signed the deposit check (even though it came out of our joint account)

We each signed different portions. It was weird cause I was signing everything at first and then she looked up at him and said...did you want to participate? Seems she's having all the fun.... so he signed and later said he felt really good about signing. Like it made it real for him.

Thanks everyone for the fast and swift responses! I feel like this is such a silly question since it's pretty straightforward: whoever pays, signs. However our venue is our big splurge. Nice historic hotel that's comfortable for our 60% OOT guest list. Both sets of parents as well as ourselves are contributing significantly. I'm just going to have FH and I both sign it. Whoever is paying should sign it. DH and I both signed it.

My FH and I both signed (but we are paying for the wedding ourselves).

I signed our venue contract. We both signed catering contract, cake and florist. I don't think it really matters!
