I moved mine from April 11 to September 5th. She had the wedding ceremony and reception to get coordinated plus December in Florida isn't really winter haha so I think it works.
My new date actually falls under hurricane season in Florida so I am taking chances but that's all my venue had available.

Oh ok. I'm from NC so we have weird weather too. Well I hope everyone has a chance to have their ceremony's and reception, being that we've planned so hard and long for. Not to mention all the money we've spent.

Mine was May 2nd. We made the decision to postpone our wedding on March 15th, the day before the SF Bay Area lockdown was announced. We were really worried that we wouldn't be able to find a new date for this year (at least, one that would work for all of our vendors), but I think our quick action helped us secure our new date of October 3rd, 2020. We kept ALL of our vendors and did not lose any money.

However, given the current situation, I'm honestly not confident that even this October is safe for my wedding. It was supposed to be 200 guests, but we'll be lucky to even get 75.
