You just block the rooms at a hotel (HOLD THEM FOR YOUR GUESTS) . Then let your guests know what hotel and then they pay upon arrival.

We are paying for some of the guests- My aunt and uncle who are taking pictures, the man that is marrying us, our wedding day planner, the girl doing my hair and makeup- because we want these people specifically... We are also paying for some of the expenses for guests that are a must to be there but financial status does not allow. For the rest we have blocked rooms at the raddison

They pay for their own accommodations. If you get a wedding block at a hotel, the price per night is usually discounted for those guests.

Unless you are so rich it doesn't matter to you, they pay for their own rooms. But if you have tons of money to spare I'm sure they wouldn't mind if you paid!
