Who have you decided on for your food? A restaurant? the venue's own food? potluck? supermarket trays? Local restaurant?
I'd initially planned on an all-inclusive venue, but when the venue we REALLY wanted became available we jumped on it. It's a community center, so the food is on us. We aren't allowed to do potluck because of our county's STRICT food laws. It made me a bit sad because my FH's sister really really wanted to cook for it. Since we can't do that we're going with Chicken Shack because it's only about $6 per person, and if you get over 200 pieces of chicken they deliver it to the venue. We chose the party park for 100 people so we'd get the free delivery, even though we're only having about 75 or so people. His family can EAT so we figured it's safe in case of people who forget to RSVP just showing up. Here is what we're getting:

PARTY PACK #4Party for 100200 pc. Chicken
8 pans Shack Potatoes
4 pans Cole Slaw
8 doz. Rolls
$581.80
(Under $6.00 per person)
we'll of course have the cake, and i'm considering doing mini apple pies as favors because of it being fall here and we know it's big time apple orchard season. We'd also talked about cinnamon doughnuts and apple cider from one of the cider mills too. Still deciding on that depending on finances.
