Who is wearing white to their rehearsal dinner?

I got this dress for a steal on modcloth.com during a 70% off sale. I'm still so far out, but for $30, I figured, meh! Might as well get it. I figure I can wear it to the shower or rehearsal or whatever, and if it needs to be taken in a bit by then, so be it.

I found a white and cream dress for my rehearsal dinner but ended up changing my mind on it. Our rehearsal was very casual - we hosted bbq and lawn games in my parents backyard so I owned a red maxi dress I already owned. Don't regret it one bit.

Is it "tradition" to wear white to the wedding events?

I went with black and cream lace which was still bridal but I was tired of wearing white at that point!

E & D, in my family, the bride wears white to all wedding events. However, it's not mandatory to wear white. A friend wore red to her bridal shower and black to her rehearsal.

Wearing white or white related to all the wedding events: a few to bachelorette party outings, one to bridal shower and one to RD and one to reception
