It seems to be by Ivory Samara. They may be Russian.
vk.com/ivorysamara
The logo looks correct for Ivory. And some websites that borrow the image have sloppily removed that word. Oh right. "Ivory" should appear above the model's head. This copy carefully cropped that out of the final picture.
