Is lace a requirement for your dress and/or your veil? For me, it was! I had my dress and veil custom made and in the design process the one thing I really wanted was lace. It is so pretty and romantic. My bridesmaids and I went fabric shopping together in San Francisco for my dress and veil and we had a lot of fun looking at the many different types of lace. I had no idea all the different styles and prices! I ended up choosing a chantilly lace and found a very near match to trim my veil.
