Who else has a long countdown?

I started at 662 days when I got engaged and now I'm down to 150 days left. I'm so ready to get to zero days lol.

Hey Peggy. Your big day will be here before you know it! I think that because you had such a long engagement, it feels like it's taking forever to come here. But think of it like this - remember when you were at 595? Think of how long ago that was and where you are now.

Yes, I feel like that. We originally set our date for August 2019. But then life happened, and we realized we needed more time, so we pushed it out to May 2020. I feel great about our decision, and having more time. But now it feels like it's dragging. Also, my family and friends who were so on board with me and my planning now don't want to talk about it anymore, since it's still more than 500 days out. I'm still in planning mode, but everyone else is like "it's so far away now, you have plenty of time, we don't have to talk about that now."

WHATEVER. I'm continuing on in planning mode.

I’m at 591 😩 and I’m so ready to say I Do..

It will be 745 days between the day we got engaged and our wedding day. We wanted to wait to save money and start our careers post college

I started at 479 days, and am now at 181. At first it felt like time flew by, but now I just want to get to that day already, and it's moving so slow now. I can't wait to be married and I can't wait for our day!

We started at 598 and I felt like I had all the time in the world.. once these last holidays hit I felt like it jumped in increments of 10! Now we are at 80 days today and I'm not stressed about details but I am more concerned about family behavior and people just behaving...

Yep! 538 days between engagement and wedding day. We're currently at 283. We got engaged in May, booked the venue in July, and the wedding is this October. It does feel slow sometimes but then I also think how much time has passed since the engagement!!

I started at 850 days. I now have 166. Trust me I know how the dragging of time feels. It will start to fly by though. Once you get to about 200 it starts going much faster. I am now feeling a bit of the time crunch at less than 6 months to go.

We started at 365 days and are now down to 27 and I feel like it has taken forever! Time is so crazy, it goes by so slowly but then all of sudden it's a month away and you're just left wondering where the heck it all went??

We started at 652 and are now at 60! FLEW BY! Felt like forever away but once we hit 5 months it’s been coming quicker and quicker! Worth it for all the time to have to plan!

Ours was longer! 19 months total (we get married in July). We had lulls in planning but I just focused on other stuff (licensing at work, house projects, etc.) then came back to it later.

It feels like it’s going slow I started at 590 and now still only at 487 it feels like it’s so slow all I wanna do is plan but the year just started 😭

615days and counting

Yes I do! i've been engaged since November 27 of 2017!! We have a tentative date of October 19th of this year, but it's not set in stone yet. It feels like it's never going to happen

It was a long time ago! I got engaged in April and I didn't start counting until August when I started getting restless!

We started st 606 days and are now down to 298. It seemed like forever but now that we are under 10 months it's the time things start moving quick and getting done so now I feel like its flying and I dont have enough time for everything
