Who else can't focus at work?

It's hard. I wish I could take more time off. I have so many appointments scheduled for the next month I'm afraid to look at my calendar. I added a massage for this Saturday because I'm going to need it.

I'm a week ahead of you and yeah, the lack of motivation is horrifying. I'm getting through about 2/3s of my normal workload, but fortunately, that's still more than most people I work with, so no one is upset, lol.

I was just telling my mom over the weekend that I don't know how I'm going to make it through these next two weeks at work (I'm taking the week of the wedding off). I have zero motivation and it is so hard for me to focus on any task.

I keep trying to be like "you can look at colored linens for the sweet heart table after you finish this report" but its really hard and doesn't work every time for me.

I guess I'm mostly here to tell you you aren't alone!

I have quite a ways to go and find it hard to focus!! I'm in trouble!

I haven't been able to get anything done either!

@onceuponachambers -- same here, I'm glad I'm usually SUPER productive so no one at work can get too mad right now

Haha @shelby -- seriously, I'm doing the same kinds of things ... if you get these three things done you can look at XYZ on pinterest or WeddingWire.

@MrsC_to_be ... it's crazy! I didn't realize how antsy and excited I'd be! I feel like a kid just before summer vacation.

How I will be spending the next 9 business days...

I'm going to be hoarding my vacation time next year, we get to roll over up to 80%, and I get a months worth. So hopefully come March 2018 I'll have almost 2 months of vacation time and I plan on taking most of the month off so I can focus on this stuff.

I cannot imagine! FH and I were really considering doing a fall wedding, but after discussing my work schedule, we decided on a summer one instead. I'm glad that because of my job, I will be able to be off for almost a month before if I want to (I'm a teacher!) however, right now I am considering doing summer school the month of June, although maybe I shouldn't?? Lol!!

@melissa -- so smart! I don't get a ton of vacation days so saving them up for honeymoon, but am taking a few days off before the wedding. Wish I could do a whole week or month!!

@momofmn -- If you can take it off, I totally would! I wish I had that option right now. SO smart of you to plan around your work schedule! We scheduled ours so it wouldn't be during a super busy time at the museum I work at .... but it's still terrible! And I'm worried I'll come back to my job after the honeymoon and be like OH SH*T, because I'm having the hardest time focusing! I'm sure there are a few things that I should be getting done now but am forgetting about ... Making a lot of lists to try and prevent that from happening!

I had a very shitty work day... Ahhh.... I can't focus,can't work,I am just counting days,7 more days. Wish I can do longer than 2 weeks. FH is all cool (as every guy,right?) and he is been such a suport these days. 7 more days, 7 more days,I really need a break,haven't been off for last 10 months,and it's really exhausted. Sorry if I sound too depressed.
