    I bought mine off ebay. It was under $100 for 100 each of: invites, plus 2 extra cards ( I used mine as rsvp and details cards). This also included 1 envelope for every card. This price is WITH printing and shipping. Can't beat it. They just happened to have the flowers design I wanted.
    I splurged a little and bought a "pocket" to attach the invites to, which cost me another $20.

    Mine were custom designed and I printed the invites through CatPrint and the belly bands and envelopes through basic invite
