White versus colored kitchenaid stand mixer

I personally went with a purple KitchenAid stand mixer. 😊 I love to bake and figured might as well have something in my favorite color when I do something I love. I also just plan to keep it in a pantry closet or kitchen cabinet when I’m not using it, so I really didn’t worry about it matching with the other appliances that might be on a countertop. But I would say it’s totally up to you and how you feel!

I put a mixer with a pop of color on my registry so i could have that pop of color in my kitchen (grey counter tops, stainless steel appliances and white cabinets).

I thought about purple but then I thought, what if I move on to another color later? So I got shiny black and I’ve loved it for years (decided I wanted one then not wait for a someday marriage; I’ve had it about ten years so I guess I made the right call).

I have a red one just because fh bought it for me for valentine day a year ago. But i also dont have house colors either im very.. All over the place lol but love color... Whatever makes you happy!

We went with French linen. It looks beautiful with everything.

I have neutral colors in my kitchen except my mixer is teal. I like how much it stands out.

I have the ice blue one and love it! Our kitchen is black & white but even if it wasn't I'd still have gotten it. Love the color makes me happy

Your kitchen aid mixer will outlast you. Get one in a color that will go with every kitchen you may have

I love the fun colors, but I went with silver to keep it neutral enough to use with any decor.

Purple is my favorite color so you know that was my Color of choice. Im always baking or doing something. Everything is done from scratch.
But he likes to dabble so he has his mixer its black . i have appliances away .

I had the professional series in white for years, then times got tough and I had to sell it to make rent. The following year for mother's day (I was pregnant with our middle daughter, his first biological child) he got me a steel grey one. I LOVE my kitchen aide, and plan to always have one, but I can register for the attachments. Between the two colors I've had, I like the steel grey more because with the white, it always looked a little dirty no matter how much I cleaned it after use. I used it daily though so that probably had something to do with it

I have a candy apple red one. I LOVE it. Nothing else in my house is red because my favorite colors are blues but I like having a pretty, happy mixer. I would definitely go lavender. Your design will change over time so white may not always fit but if you like the color, you'll always like the color.

I love fun colors but mine is basic black. I LOVE that thing - when I left my ex husband I took that thing with, lolol!!!

I have a red one my FH is Italian so all our decor and appliances are red black and white

I have a white one from when I was in culinary school 6 years ago. If I had a choice I would go with a pop of color since baking is my happy place. I would go with which you love more.

I have a white one but wished I had a colored one. I'm of the opinion that color pops don't have to match/coordinate with other things, particularly in the kitchen. I've had completely different styles and colors in my kitchens over the years, a colored mixer would have worked in any of them. Of course if the color doesn't work for you, you can do what my 75 year old mother does and store it in the pantry. I'm pretty sure it's the heaviest thing she carries anymore.

I don’t think it has to match the kitchen. Get whatever color makes you happy. I keep mine on the counter but I have a KitchenAid cover on it to keep the dust off. Mine is a charcoal matte.
