White Shoes for Outdoor Wedding

Hi there! I'm getting married on a mountain in May (so of course, there is potential for rain). I really love these simple little shoes for the ceremony at least, but I'm worried that they're going to instantly turn brown. I'll have a runner for the final stretch, but it'll take a few steps through the dirt to get there. Anyone else with an outdoor wedding wondering how to make sure their shoes stay white? I had an outdoor wedding and had baby pink shoes and honestly I think there’s not much you can do other than watch where you step

Have you looked into any of those waterproofing sprays for shoes? I've never used it myself, but I've seen lots of ads and it looks like they work wonders!

Those shoes are really cute! I'm also doing an outdoor wedding, but in September, and I'll also probably buy white shoes. Honestly, there's not a ton you can do if you're going to be outside other than watch your step. You could bring a second pair of shoes to wear in case it rains and then wear the white ones at the reception maybe.
My dress has a train too, so I'm already anticipating it will get a little bit of dirt on it while taking pictures before the ceremony, but I'm okay with that.

I would wear something comfortable.
