Hey all! So my wedding venue has 2 different spots we can choose for the ceremony.
The first spot is pretty large with a grass lawn and a huge log stage/focal point/trellis I guess you would call it, (my FH standing there for reference of how big it is), and is probably meant for larger sized weddings.
The second spot has this really cool archway when you walk through, with vines, string lights, and this space is much smaller, with a grass area and small tree as a focal point in the middle. However, you can see part of the cement/parking lot in the background and I don't think I like that (sorry I don't have any better photos of this spot).
We just recently cut our guest list to about 25 people and about 15-20 people will be sitting in the audience (depending on who shows up), the rest are wedding party and officiant. We are also having a photographer, someone to live stream the ceremony, and 2 musicians. Would the first larger space look too big or awkward with that small of a group? Or would it be better for spacing out the chairs for social distancing? OR would the smaller space be just big enough for this amount of people? Which would you choose? Thanks!
