Which one?

I like the 2nd one.

I personally think the second would look better with your dress.
If I'm torn between two things I tend to flip a coin and let fate decide. Another fun one is mentally assign them the numbers 1 & 2 and just randomly ask your partner " 1 or 2?" With absolutely no context (they don't need to know which is which and it's usually better when the don't)
It lets fate and your partner decide which I find kinda romantic 😅

I really do love the first one, but I believe the second one will accentuate and look better with your dress. Especially with the sleek trim that is used for the "collar area" and around the edges would look really great with the similar trim that is on your dress that goes along your bust and around on the back.

The thing about the second one is that it looks like it may feel awkward around the armpits, and the gap in the back would bug me too, especially if you're only wearing it for your ceremony where your back will be to everyone for a good chunk of the time. I think the lace and neckline on the first one would look really pretty and would probably sit nicely too, whereas the satin piping on the second might sit weird depending on how stiff it is.

Honestly I do like the first one better but everyone likes the other one which makes it hard for me to decide. I don't know if I'm making a bad decision going with the one nobody seems to like

Would you wear a necklace with it? My thing is that I’m probably going to take it off later and I don’t want it to look weird if I have a bare neck
