I’d say a because you posted the back of it and not the back of B.

I’m not a fan of the off the shoulder sleeve but it look amazing on you. Very gentle and romantic

I vote B! I love a dress with a low back! Having straps might also make you feel more comfortable. It’s your day so go with what feels best to you.
